We are specialists at servicing and repairing all domestic gas appliances:- Gas Boilers, Combination Boilers, Condensing Boilers, Gas Fires, Cookers, Wall and Water Heaters, etc.

We stock thousands of spare parts for all types of domestic gas appliances and our motto is ‘don’t replace it…repair it!’

Often, other companies will try and tell you that they can no longer get spare parts for your boiler, fire or cooker, as they want to sell you a new one, but often the older appliances are better built than the new ones and repairing is the best and most cost effective option, so don’t accept a quote for a new appliance until you have spoken to us first. With over 30 years’ experience, if we can’t fix it, then no-one can!

Once we have serviced your gas appliance, we automatically set up a computerised record and will send you a postal reminder of the service due date the following year.

Breakdowns / Emergency Call Out:-

For regular customers (someone whose address appears on our service database with a recent service/attendance date), we aim to offer a same day service on breakdowns/repairs.

We also offer our regular customers a 24/7 emergency service. However, we respectfully request that this service is only used for extreme emergency situations that cannot wait until our normal opening hours, for example, a major water leak that cannot be controlled or isolated. With limited access to spare parts, out of hours, our priority is to make the situation safe and return during normal working hours to complete the repair. Examples of this are:- if there is an uncontrolled water leak, the water supply will be isolated; the gas supply will be isolated in the case of an uncontrolled gas escape and, if there is no heating in cold weather, portable electric heaters will be provided.

If you are not a regular customer, we will endeavour to help with breakdowns and emergency situations during normal working hours and Saturdays. However, during exceptionally busy times, please bear in mind that preference will be given to our existing customers.

Service Natural Gas/LPG Boiler – £105 inc. VAT

Service Oil Boiler – £195 inc. VAT

Service Gas Fire with Back Boiler – £135 inc. VAT

Service Gas Fire/Wall Heater – £95 inc. VAT

Service Large Gas Fire – £140 inc. VAT

Provide Landlord Safety Certificate in conjunction with servicing one appliance – £35 inc. VAT (Free if servicing multiple appliances)

Minimum callout charge for repairs for 1st hour (excluding parts) Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM – £105 inc. VAT*

*Please note that this price includes anything up to and including the first hour that our engineer is on site.
This charge is applicable whether we are there for 5 minutes or 55 minutes.
Each subsequent hour is charged at £95.
For extreme emergency call outs (after hours, weekends, bank holidays, etc):- we charge £180 for the first hour and £110 thereafter.
