Absolutely amazing service, called at 8am for our elderly parents who had no heating and even though we were a new customer an engineer was there the same day and fixed the issue. He then also spent time explaining the system and gas fire to our dad, even labelling different dials so he wouldn't get confused. It's that kind of service that sets company's apart from the others. Wholeheartedly would recommend.

I had no heating or hot water and had been advised by another company that I required a power flush which would take a month to complete. I contacted The Gas Shop and they came out same day and carried out a thorough assessment and after replacing some pipework & fitting a new pump managed to get my heating and hot water running in a couple of hours. I was really impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them.

The Gas Shop was recommended to us and we are so grateful they did so. From the in-shop service we received choosing the fire, to the installation team led by Vic and supported by Ryan and Euan. She contacted the The Gas Shop first thing the very next morning and even though they were fully bòoked, they made a point of responding to her emergency. She had a new boiler installed and working by teatime the next day!

We had a service recently, our heating system hadn’t been performing too well for a little while, Nathan changed the filter to a magnetic version, and recommended a more efficient way to set our zoned timer up. This has made a huge difference to the amount of heat we get from our system, which is great. We are also having a new gas fire fitted, the whole team have been very helpful and explain everything. Thanks also to Paul for sorting our timer out, and Simon for guiding us through the task of choosing a new fire. A very professional team, would not hesitate to recommend.
